PANGEA membership provides African and European companies alike the opportunity to speak as a strong, single voice in the Brussels policy arena as we work towards developing not only a sustainable biofuels industry in Africa but a secure and growing market for those biofuels in Europe. On top of joint lobbying efforts, members will benefit from exclusive market reports and analysis produced by PANGEA’s team of experts to fill the information gaps so abundant in today’s growing industry. Four times per year, PANGEA will host one-day workshops in four African regions bringing together policy makers, biofuel producers and analysts. Members will also benefit from increased press exposure as a result of PANGEA’s tireless efforts to bring African biofuel production into the forefront of the climate change debate.
For those members who wish to become more involved, opportunities exist on PANGEAs three main committees for trade, EU relations and sustainability as well as several ad-hoc task forces. Members are also invited to join in PANGEA’s Annual General Meeting every autumn in Brussels that will include opportunities to network with policymakers and other members.
